Enox 101 (2,5-Dimethyl-2,5-di-tert-butylperoxy-hexane) is a yellowish liquid with the chemical formula C16H34O4. This substance not only cures polymers and elastomers but also specifically targets materials such as polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE), ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), silicone rubber, and fluoroelastomers. Furthermore, its effectiveness in these applications enhances the performance and durability of the final products. Additionally, it acts as an initiator for producing controlled rheology polypropylene (CR-PP).
